Being local we knew of the site but wasn’t aware it was potentially for sale, Glen then introduced it to us. After agreeing a figure with the landowner Glen had to then negotiate for some of the reports/plans that weren’t part of the planning permission. He excelled and we achieved a satisfactory position so as soon as we had completed we could commence with the conversion and new build section. This site has been a true landmark for our company and we hope to do more purchasing through Glen soon.

Glen helped us dispose of a site whilst we were going through the planning stages. He managed to find the appropriate developer, achieved us more than anticipated and negotiated a conditional contract so we knew there was a fixed price with set terms (STP). Although planning took longer than expected Glen kept both parties aware of the situation at all times. Without his positivity I don’t believe we would have achieved a better outcome.

We had a gap in our build programme, so we needed a site with planning permission ready to start. Glen searched on our behalf and presented us with several opportunities, one we ended up purchasing. It was a simple smooth process and now Glen is looking for more projects for us”
